Skincare primarily means cleansing, moisturizing, and treating specific conditions on your face and other parts of your body. If you take care of your skin, it not only enhances your appearance, and boosts your confidence but you are able to prevent future issues that can happen to your skin.
Skin cell regeneration reduces with the age. So taking good care of your skin becomes absolutely necessary not only to enhance the way you look but also to what’s happening underneath the skin. 20 is the ideal age to begin a skincare routine.
Skin routine includes-
Every Morning (It is recommended to use the products in the same order as listed here)- Face wash, Face toner, Moisuriser/or Day cream, Sunscreen SPF 35-40.
***A moisturizer with 35-40spf does not require a separate sunscreen application.
**Sunscreen is essential in all weather conditions, even in winter, and in all places, indoors or outdoors as sun damage is the main cause of bad skin conditions and rapid aging.
Every Night (It is recommended to use the products in the same order as listed here)- Face wash, Face toner, Face Serum, Night cream, or Face Oil
Twice a week with a gap of minimum of 3 days- Face scrub for 1-3 minutes depending upon your skin’s need
Specific conditions- While no medicine or cosmetic can stop or delay aging, you must follow the directions written on the labels when using such products to treat conditions like signs of aging, dark spots, pigmentation, acne, etc.
