Any violation of these gives us the sole right to keep or remove USMs. You are advised to keep a backup of your USMs on your personal systems.

We reserve the sole right to discontinue/edit/alter or to make any changes whatsoever in whole or in part. Jstor products are made in India with Indian ingredients like herbs, shrubs, nuts, fruits and their extracts, and such. After using our products, if you get any reaction, irritation, allergy, etc., we strongly advise you to discontinue usage & consult your physician. Some people may be allergic to herbal ingredients or might get reactions due to prior ailments or sensitive skin, hair, and body parts or by applying these products over other applications, or by accompanying with other products, etc., so Jstor will not be responsible or liable for any product-related issues, including without limitation any allergic reactions to you on account of the usage of our products. Usually, our products have a shelf life of up to 36 months, but sale/promotions or discounted offers can have a shelf life between 5-12 months.

By placing an order, of our products, you agree that you will use them in a lawful manner. Imitation of our product labels is a punishable offense.

Jstor products are non-returnable due to its nature of being hygiene and personal care products. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you, kindly get in touch at contact details given on our website.

If you purchase any product/use our services then you are obligatory to make its payment as per Jstor’s payment policies. If you refuse to make payment then Jstor reserves the right to annul the order or not to deliver the said product or to take measures like issuance of a warning, temporarily /indefinitely suspend or terminate your account, refuse to provide you with access to all current and future use of our website and also reserves the right to take legal action which is permissible in law of recovery for which you will pay all the legal expenses for both the parties.

The venue of Arbitration shall be at Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana, India alone, Jstor has full right to choose the venue of arbitration/court in Gurgaon, Haryana, India & they shall have the jurisdiction, the language of the arbitration shall be English though disputes or differences between the parties will have a round of negotiations first. This Agreement and the rights and obligations of the Parties hereunder shall remain in full force and effect pending the award in such arbitration proceedings, which award shall determine whether and when termination of this Agreement shall become effective. Any decision or award of an arbitral tribunal appointed under this shall be binding upon the Parties.
The Parties agree that any arbitration award made may be enforced by the Parties against assets of the relevant Party, wherever those assets are located or may be found, and judgment upon any arbitration award (wherever necessary) may be entered by any court of competent jurisdiction thereof. Each party shall bear its respective costs for arbitration proceedings, including the legal cost thereof.
